Polai

Privacy policy

Privacy should read like product trust, not buried legal copy.

This page now ships as a first-class React route, so deployment no longer depends on design-source HTML files at runtime.

Polai is built around authenticated creation, saved history, and secure session handling. This page explains the core privacy expectations in plain language while preserving stable anchors for the rest of the site.

Sessions

HTTP-only cookies

Used to keep the web studio signed in securely.

Uploads

Task-scoped media use

Media is processed to complete the requested creation flow.

Clarity

Stable anchors

Links keep working for privacy, cookies, and usage rights sections.

Core commitments

The privacy basics users actually care about.

Each section is intentionally short, readable, and linkable so support, legal, and product surfaces can point to a stable destination.

Policy section

Data Protection & Privacy

Polai collects the minimum account and product data required to authenticate users, issue credits, process generations, and support saved history. Uploaded media is used only to fulfill the creation flow and related operational support.

Policy section

Cookies & Session Magic

We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies to keep signed-in users authenticated in the web studio. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies should only be enabled in line with your deployment and policy choices.

Policy section

Usage Rights for AI Content

Users remain responsible for the content they upload and the rights they hold for that media. Polai may process generated outputs to operate the product, investigate failures, and improve reliability, but does not claim ownership over user-provided media.

Need the product context too

Browse the support and terms surfaces that complete the trust story.

Privacy should not live in isolation. Support explains operational help, and the terms page covers service use, liability, and platform boundaries.
